Formula Used

Cycle Length = Inhale + Hold After Inhale + Exhale + Hold After Exhale

Session Length = (Cycle Length × Number of Cycles) + Preparation Seconds

Weekly Practice Time = Session Length × Sessions Per Day × Days Per Week

Average Breaths Per Minute = 60 ÷ Cycle Length
