Formula used

Frame ratio = height in centimetres ÷ wrist circumference in centimetres.
Male: 48 kg + 2.7 kg per inch above five feet. Female: 45.5 kg + 2.2 kg per inch above five feet.
Small frame uses 90%. Medium uses 100%. Large uses 110%. BSA = √((height cm × weight kg) ÷ 3600).
