Weight force: force = mass × local gravity.

Force reduction: reduction = fat loss mass × local gravity.

Energy gap: energy = fat loss mass × kcal per kg fat.

Daily gap: daily gap = total energy gap ÷ transformation days.

BMI: BMI = mass ÷ height², where height is in meters.

Earth scale equivalent: kgf = local force ÷ 9.80665.
