Where $m$ represents mass in kilograms, $h$ denotes height in centimeters, and $a$ signifies age in years. To calculate Total Daily Energy Expenditure ($TDEE$), $BMR$ is scaled by an empirical activity factor ($AF$):

$$\text{TDEE} = \text{BMR} \times AF$$

Given that one kilogram of human adipose tissue holds roughly $7,700 \text{ kcal}$ of chemical potential energy, target weekly weight loss is computed as:

$$\text{Weekly Loss (kg)} = \frac{\text{Daily Caloric Deficit} \times 7}{7700}$$
