RF Circuit Simulator Calculator

Model RLC L‑match and Pi networks easily today. Sweep frequency and see resonance and bandwidth. Tune parts to minimize VSWR on your target band.

Inputs
Choose a network, set values, then run a sweep.

Impedance is evaluated at the input port.
Used for reflection, return loss, and VSWR.
Used for matching networks and Pi network.
11 to 5001 points allowed.
RLC values
Example: 100e-9 = 100 nH.
Example: 10e-12 = 10 pF.
L‑match elements
Choose a layout close to your circuit.
Tip
For a 50 Ω system, L‑match values are usually small at VHF/UHF. Start with nH and pF ranges, then refine by sweeping.
Pi network elements
Formula used
These calculations assume ideal lumped elements and a resistive load in the matching modes.
How to use this calculator
  1. Select a network type that matches your RF circuit.
  2. Set Z0 to your system impedance, often 50 Ω.
  3. Enter component values using SI units (H and F).
  4. Choose a frequency span and number of sweep points.
  5. Click Simulate to view results above the form.
  6. Review the VSWR plot and table for your target band.
  7. Adjust values and re‑run to reduce VSWR and reflections.
  8. Use CSV or PDF exports for documentation and sharing.
