Example Data Table

Build Type STR AGI VIT INT DEX LUK Use Case
Balanced Knight 70 60 45 30 55 25 General leveling and mixed combat
Critical Hunter 35 85 30 20 75 70 Fast attacks and critical damage
Magic Caster 15 35 45 95 70 20 Spell damage and stable casting
Tank Build 55 30 95 45 45 15 Survival, party protection, and bosses

Formula Used

Physical Attack = STR × 1.50 + DEX × 0.30 + LUK × 0.20 + Weapon ATK + Upgrade × 5 + Base Level × 0.25 + Job Level × 0.15.

Magic Attack = INT × 1.60 + DEX × 0.20 + LUK × 0.10 + Weapon MATK + Upgrade × 3 + Base Level × 0.18.

Skill Damage = Attack × Skill Percent × Element Modifier × Race Modifier × Size Modifier × Extra Bonus.

Hit Chance = 80 + Hit Rate − Enemy Flee. The result is limited between 5 percent and 95 percent.

Flee Rate = Base Level + AGI + LUK ÷ 5. Critical rate uses LUK ÷ 3 plus the critical bonus.

Balance Score combines estimated offense and defense. It is a planning score, not an official game value.

Why Use This Calculator

A Ragnarok build looks simple at first. Each stat has a clear name. Yet every point changes several battle values. This calculator brings those links into one place. It estimates attack, magic attack, defense, hit, flee, speed, health, skill damage, and remaining growth points. It is useful when testing a new class plan, comparing gear, or checking a reset idea before spending points in game.

What The Numbers Mean

Strength raises physical pressure. Agility supports speed and avoidance. Vitality improves health and practical defense. Intelligence helps spell power and spirit points. Dexterity improves hit rate, cast comfort, and some attack value. Luck adds critical chance and small support to many results. The tool does not replace official server formulas. Servers can change balance, renewal rules, cards, buffs, and caps. It gives a structured estimate for planning and comparison.

Building Better Characters

Start with your current level and base stats. Then add weapon attack, magic attack, armor defense, and useful combat modifiers. A skill percent input lets you test normal strikes, burst skills, or farming rotations. Element, race, and size modifiers help estimate common card and property bonuses. Enemy defense, flee, and hit fields make the result more realistic. You can compare a boss build against a farming build quickly.

Reading The Result

The result panel shows broad values first. Damage is shown before and after hit chance. That helps separate raw power from reliability. High attack means little when hit chance is poor. High flee is useful, yet it cannot replace health against magic or unavoidable attacks. Remaining points show whether the build still has room to grow. A balance score summarizes offense, defense, and consistency.

Planning Tips

Use the example table as a starting point. Change one stat at a time. Save results as CSV when you want spreadsheet records. Export a PDF when you need a quick build note. Test several targets, not only one monster. Your best build depends on role, party support, gear, and server rules. Keep notes, compare outcomes, and revise the plan before committing valuable resets. Small changes can create large differences. Review each result beside your goals. Pick stats that support your main skill, not every possible option available.

FAQs

1. Is this an official Ragnarok formula tool?

No. It is an advanced planning estimator. Private servers, renewal settings, cards, skills, and class rules can change final values. Use it for comparison and build planning.

2. Why does the calculator use estimated stat costs?

Stat cost systems can vary by version. This tool uses a tiered cost model to estimate spending pressure. It helps compare builds before using points.

3. What does weighted damage mean?

Weighted damage blends normal expected damage with critical damage. It uses hit chance and critical rate to show a more practical combat estimate.

4. How should I use enemy stats?

Enter the target monster or player values when known. Enemy defense, flee, and hit make the output more realistic for farming, duels, or boss planning.

5. Can I use this for magic builds?

Yes. Add INT, DEX, weapon MATK, skill percent, element modifier, and enemy MDEF. The result includes magic attack and magic damage after defense.

6. What is the balance score?

The balance score combines offensive and defensive estimates. It gives a quick comparison number. It should not be treated as a direct in-game statistic.

7. Why is hit chance capped?

The calculator limits hit chance between 5 percent and 95 percent. This avoids unrealistic planning numbers and keeps comparisons practical across many targets.

8. What export option should I choose?

Use CSV when you want to compare several builds in a spreadsheet. Use PDF when you want a compact build report for saving or printing.
