Attack Stat Analysis For Pokémon GO
What The Number Means
A Pokémon GO attack stat is not only the visible attack IV. It starts with the hidden species base attack. The attack IV then adds a value from zero to fifteen. The level multiplier scales that sum for the chosen level. This calculator brings those parts together and shows the final number in a clear way.
Why Statistical Review Helps
The tool is useful for players who compare raid attackers, shadow forms, purified builds, and league candidates. A small IV difference can matter when a Pokémon is near a damage breakpoint. It can also be unimportant when the base attack is already high. That is why the page shows ranges, averages, percent changes, and a z-score.
Range And Average Output
Statistical review helps you avoid judging one value alone. The minimum line uses zero attack IV. The maximum line uses fifteen attack IV. The average line uses seven and a half as the center of all possible attack IVs. The standard deviation estimates how far one IV result is from the typical result at that level.
Modifiers And Stages
The stage modifier is helpful for battle simulations. Positive stages raise attack. Negative stages reduce it. A shadow bonus can also be applied. The custom multiplier lets you test special formats, event rules, or your own theorycrafting notes. Keep it at one when you only want the normal level-based attack stat.
Planning With Targets
The target field is designed for planning. Enter a desired final attack value. The calculator estimates the attack IV needed to reach it. If the value is below zero, the base attack already passes the target. If it is above fifteen, that target cannot be reached by attack IV alone at the selected level.
Exporting Results
The CSV export is best for spreadsheets. The PDF export is better for quick sharing or records. Both downloads use the same submitted values. This keeps your analysis consistent. Review exports after edits to catch data entry mistakes before sharing results.
Battle Context
Use this calculator as a guide, not as a complete battle engine. Move power, defense, stamina, same type attack bonus, weather, friendship, shields, and move timing can change real performance. The attack stat is still a strong starting point. It helps explain why two similar Pokémon may hit different damage marks during raids and trainer battles.
