Formula Used

The calculator uses the common Pokémon GO combat power structure:

CP = floor((Attack × √Defense × √Stamina × CPM²) ÷ 10)

Attack equals base attack plus attack IV. Defense equals base defense plus defense IV. Stamina equals base stamina plus stamina IV. CPM is the level based combat power multiplier.

IV Percentage = ((Attack IV + Defense IV + Stamina IV) ÷ 45) × 100

HP = floor((Base Stamina + Stamina IV) × CPM)

Pokémon GO IV Statistics Guide

Pokémon GO hides three individual values behind every catch. These values are attack, defense, and stamina. Each value can range from zero to fifteen. A perfect monster has forty five total IV points. This calculator helps you inspect those points quickly. Keep separate records for rare catches. Saved numbers make later trades easier. They also help you spot duplicates before storage fills for future reviews.

Why IV Stats Matter

IVs are small, but they can change a final battle result. Attack improves damage pressure. Defense reduces received damage. Stamina raises hit points. The total percentage shows how close the Pokémon is to a perfect stat spread. A high percentage is useful for raids, gyms, and collection goals. PvP teams may need different spreads because lower attack can allow extra levels under a league cap.

What This Tool Calculates

The tool accepts base stats, IV values, level, and CP multiplier data. It estimates combat power, total IV score, perfection percentage, effective attack, effective defense, effective stamina, stat product, and useful battle notes. You can also enter appraisal ranges. The range search shows possible IV spreads inside your chosen limits. This helps when a screenshot or appraisal only gives partial detail.

Using The Results

Start with known base stats from a trusted database. Enter the IV bars shown by the in game appraisal. Pick the correct level or CP multiplier. Submit the form. The result panel appears above the form. Review the grade, CP estimate, and stat product. Use the CSV export for spreadsheet records. Use the PDF export when you need a simple printable report.

Good Interpretation Tips

A 100 percent result is not always the best PvP choice. Great League and Ultra League often reward bulk and efficient level placement. Raid attackers usually prefer high attack and strong final CP. Shadow, purified, lucky, and event forms may also change decisions. Compare the role before transferring a rare catch.

Accuracy Notes

The formula follows the common Pokémon GO CP structure. Final game values can be affected by rounding, level, form, and active game updates. Always confirm unusual species, mega forms, and special cases. Use the calculator as a planning aid, not as an official game source.

FAQs

What is a Pokémon GO IV?

An IV is an individual value. Pokémon GO uses attack, defense, and stamina IVs. Each one ranges from zero to fifteen. Together, they show hidden stat quality.

What does a 100 percent IV mean?

A 100 percent IV means attack, defense, and stamina are all fifteen. It is perfect for collection value and many raid builds.

Is the highest IV always best for PvP?

No. PvP leagues often reward bulk. A lower attack IV can allow more levels before reaching the CP limit.

Why do I need base stats?

Base stats are required for CP and stat product estimates. IVs only add extra points to the species base values.

What is CPM?

CPM means combat power multiplier. It is tied to Pokémon level. Higher levels use higher multipliers and produce higher CP.

Can this calculator match appraisal ranges?

Yes. Enter minimum and maximum IV values. The tool lists possible spreads that fit your range, CP, HP, and tolerance settings.

Why does the estimated CP differ from my game?

The level, CP multiplier, base stats, form, or IV values may be wrong. Rounding and special form data can also affect results.

Can I export my result?

Yes. Use the CSV button for spreadsheet storage. Use the PDF button for a simple printable report.
