Pokemon Stat Calculator Gen 7

Build Gen 7 Pokemon stats from exact inputs. Check training impact across every battle role. Export clean results for teams and battles with files.

Calculator Inputs

Formula Used

HP: floor(((2 × Base + IV + floor(EV ÷ 4)) × Level) ÷ 100) + Level + 10.

Other stats: floor((floor(((2 × Base + IV + floor(EV ÷ 4)) × Level) ÷ 100) + 5) × Nature).

Nature is 1.1 for a boosted stat, 0.9 for a lowered stat, and 1.0 for a neutral stat. HP ignores nature. A base HP of 1 is returned as 1.

How to Use This Calculator

  1. Enter the Pokemon name for your own record.
  2. Set the level from 1 to 100.
  3. Choose the nature that matches your planned build.
  4. Enter base stats, IVs, and EVs for all six stats.
  5. Press Calculate Stats to show results above the form.
  6. Use CSV or PDF downloads when you need saved output.

Gen 7 Stat Planning Guide

Pokemon battles reward careful stat planning. A small number change can decide a knockout, a survival roll, or a speed tie. This calculator focuses on Generation 7 rules. It combines base stats, individual values, effort values, level, and nature. The goal is to make every build easier to test before training.

Why Stats Matter

Every Pokemon starts with six base stats. HP measures endurance. Attack and Special Attack drive damage. Defense and Special Defense reduce incoming hits. Speed decides order when priority is equal. Base stats describe the species, but they are not the final numbers. Your inputs shape the finished spread.

IV and EV Control

Individual values run from zero to thirty one. They represent natural potential. Effort values run from zero to two hundred fifty two per stat. The total should not pass five hundred ten. Four EV points usually raise a stat by one point at level one hundred. Lower levels still use the same formula, but rounding changes the exact gain.

Nature Effects

Nature changes five stats by ten percent. One stat can rise. Another can fall. HP is never changed by nature. Neutral natures keep every non HP stat unchanged. Competitive teams often use nature to strengthen the main role. A sweeper may boost Speed. A wall may boost Defense. A mixed attacker may choose neutral values.

Reading the Results

The result table shows each final stat, raw value, nature effect, and input summary. The total stat line helps compare builds. The offensive index averages Attack and Special Attack. The defensive index combines HP with both defenses. These helper numbers are not official battle stats. They are planning guides for quick comparison.

Using Downloads

Use the CSV button for spreadsheets. Use the PDF button for a clean report. Both exports use the same form inputs. They help save builds, compare spreads, or share draft team notes. Always confirm legality in your game or simulator before final training.

Common Planning Tips

Start with the role first. Then assign EVs to match that role. Avoid wasting EVs that do not change a final number. Test several natures before choosing one. Recheck level when building for special formats and current tournament rule sets.

FAQs

What does this calculator do?

It calculates Generation 7 final stats from base stats, IVs, EVs, level, and nature. It also shows totals, role hints, and exportable results.

Does HP use nature?

No. HP is not raised or lowered by nature. The calculator always applies a neutral modifier to HP.

What is the EV limit?

Each stat can use up to 252 EVs. The full spread should not exceed 510 EVs across all six stats.

What is an IV?

An IV is a hidden stat value from 0 to 31. Higher values usually create stronger final stats.

Why is EV Floor shown?

The formula uses floor(EV ÷ 4). This column shows the usable EV part before level scaling and rounding.

Are offensive and defensive indexes official?

No. They are simple planning helpers. They summarize key stats, but they are not used by the games.

Can I export my build?

Yes. The CSV button creates spreadsheet data. The PDF button creates a compact report for saving or sharing.

Does it support level 50 battles?

Yes. Enter 50 as the level. The calculator applies the same Generation 7 formulas with level based rounding.
