Calculator Inputs
Formula Used
Effective Stat = (Base Stat + Flat Bonus + Base Stat × Rune Bonus + Base Stat × Leader Bonus) × Battle Stat Modifier.
Defense Factor = 1 for ignore defense skills. Otherwise, Defense Factor = 1000 ÷ (1140 + 3.5 × Effective Enemy Defense).
Non-Critical Damage = Effective Stat × Skill Multiplier × (1 + Skill-Up Bonus + Skill Damage Bonus) × Defense Factor × Global Modifiers + Additional Damage.
Critical Damage = Effective Stat × Skill Multiplier × (1 + Skill-Up Bonus + Skill Damage Bonus + Critical Damage + Artifact Critical Damage) × Defense Factor × Global Modifiers + Additional Damage.
Expected Damage = Critical Damage × Critical Rate + Non-Critical Damage × Non-Critical Rate. Total Damage = Expected Damage × Hit Count.
How To Use This Calculator
Enter the monster stat used by the skill. Use attack, defense, HP, or speed as needed. Add rune, leader, tower, and battle modifiers. Enter the skill multiplier and damage bonuses. Add enemy defense, defense break, branding, element factor, reductions, and hit count. Press calculate. The result appears above the form. Use CSV or PDF export to save your test.

Advanced Statistical Damage Planning
A Summoners War damage build is more than one large attack number. Damage changes with skill multipliers, critical rate, critical damage, defense, buffs, debuffs, artifacts, and random variance. This calculator brings those moving parts into one working model. It helps you test a rune idea before spending mana, gems, or grinds.
Why Statistics Matter
A single hit can look strong, yet average damage may be weaker. Critical rate controls how often the larger critical value appears. Critical damage controls the size of that value. The calculator blends both values into expected damage. This makes comparisons fair. You can study a risky nuke build beside a stable build.
Defense And Reduction
Enemy defense is a major limiter. Defense break lowers effective defense, so the reduction factor becomes kinder. Ignore defense skips this stage for special skills. Branding, skill damage bonuses, element factors, and passive reductions then adjust the result. Each modifier has its own purpose, so entering clean values matters.
Artifacts And Multi Hits
Artifacts can add critical damage, skill damage, or flat extra damage. Flat extra damage becomes powerful on multi hit skills, because it is added to every hit. A four hit skill may gain more from added damage than a single hit skill. The tool separates per hit damage and total damage, so this effect is easy to see.
Using The Output
Use the average result for normal planning. Use the minimum and maximum range for safer dungeon checks. Compare rows from exported files when testing many monsters. Keep notes about arena towers, leader skills, and enemy defense. Good inputs produce better decisions, while rough inputs should be treated as estimates only.
Reading Differences
For siege, arena, and dungeon tuning, compare one change at a time. First test the current rune set. Then change critical damage, attack, artifacts, or defense break values separately. Small separate tests show which stat gives the best gain. Save the CSV after each build. The PDF is useful for sharing a clear snapshot with guildmates. Since hidden passives and special skill effects can vary, treat the final number as a careful estimate, not a guaranteed hit. This habit keeps future rune comparisons consistent, honest, and easier to review later.
FAQs
What is the main purpose of this calculator?
It estimates Summoners War damage with critical rate, critical damage, defense, buffs, debuffs, artifacts, and hit count. It is made for planning, not for claiming perfect hidden game behavior.
Can I use it for defense scaling skills?
Yes. Choose Defense as the scaling stat type. Then enter the defense value that the skill should use. The same multiplier and reduction model will be applied.
How should I enter a skill multiplier?
Enter the multiplier as a percent. For example, use 430 for a 430% multiplier. Use the monster skill data you trust for that value.
What does variance range mean?
Variance creates a low and high estimate around average damage. It helps you judge safer minimum damage and possible high rolls during battle testing.
Does the tool support multi hit skills?
Yes. Enter the number of hits. The calculator multiplies expected per hit damage by that count. Additional damage is also added per hit.
When should I use ignore defense?
Use it only when the skill ignores defense. When checked, the defense reduction stage is skipped, and enemy defense no longer lowers the damage result.
Why is my average lower than critical damage?
Average damage blends critical and non-critical outcomes. If critical rate is below 100%, some attacks use the lower non-critical value in the expected result.
Can I export my result?
Yes. After calculation, use the CSV or PDF buttons above the form. They save the current result for comparison, reporting, or later rune planning.
