Example Data Table
| Build | Class | Strength | Agility | Stamina | Weapon Speed | Target Armor | Use Case |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Raid Fury | Warrior | 220 | 180 | 250 | 2.8 | 3731 | Boss damage check |
| Dungeon Rogue | Rogue | 120 | 260 | 210 | 1.8 | 2500 | Fast weapon planning |
| Frost Caster | Mage | 45 | 70 | 170 | 2.0 | 1500 | Spell output check |
Formula Used
Total stat: base stat + gear stat + buff stat.
Health: base health + total stamina × 10.
Mana: base mana + total intellect × 15 for mana classes.
Melee power: strength × 2 for most melee classes. Rogues and hunters use strength + agility.
Armor reduction: armor ÷ (armor + 400 + 85 × target level).
White DPS: weapon DPS plus attack power DPS, then adjusted for armor, hit, crit, and glancing blows.
Spell damage: base spell damage + spell power × spell coefficient. Crit and hit are then applied.
These formulas are practical planning estimates. Exact in-game results may vary by talents, weapon skill, enemy type, debuffs, and patch behavior.
How To Use This Calculator

WoW Classic Stat Planning Guide
Why Character Stats Matter
WoW Classic rewards careful stat planning. Small gear changes can alter damage, health, mana, and survival. This calculator helps compare those changes before you respec, enchant, or replace items. It combines base attributes, gear bonuses, buffs, weapon data, target armor, and spell settings into one practical result.
Build Comparison
Strength, agility, stamina, intellect, and spirit affect classes differently. A warrior may care about strength, weapon speed, and hit. A rogue often values agility, attack power, and crit. A mage may focus on spell power, spell hit, mana, and cast efficiency. Because each role has different needs, one simple item level does not explain real performance.
Damage And Survival
The tool estimates white damage, ability damage, spell output, mana efficiency, effective health, and time to live. These values make gear choices easier. High damage can still be weak if hit chance is poor. Large health can still fail if armor is low. Strong spell power can lose value when mana cost is too high.
Raid And Dungeon Use
Use the target armor field for bosses, elites, or regular mobs. Level differences affect hit chance. Glancing settings help melee players test raid targets. Fight length helps casters judge mana pressure. Tanks can review effective health against incoming damage. Damage dealers can compare burst and sustained output.
Reading The Score
The build score is a blended estimate. It is not a perfect ranking. It gives quick direction when comparing two setups. Always review the detailed rows too. A higher score may hide a weakness. For example, one setup may gain damage but lose survival. Another may improve mana efficiency but lower burst.
Best Practice
Enter realistic values. Include buffs you actually expect to have. Test several target armor values. Compare your current setup against one planned upgrade. Save the result as CSV or PDF. This gives a clear record for raid preparation, dungeon planning, farming, leveling, and duels.
FAQs
What does this calculator estimate?
It estimates attributes, health, mana, attack power, crit, dodge, damage, spell output, effective health, and build score using entered values.
Is this exact for every class?
No. It gives planning estimates. Talents, weapon skill, enemy type, debuffs, and game patch details can change actual results.
Can I use it for raids?
Yes. Enter boss level, target armor, hit chance, crit chance, and glancing settings. Then compare raid gear choices.
Why is target armor important?
Target armor reduces physical damage. Higher armor lowers melee and ability output, so armor strongly affects damage estimates.
Why does intellect add mana?
Mana classes gain estimated mana from intellect. Warriors and rogues show zero mana because they do not use mana.
What is effective health?
Effective health estimates how much raw physical damage you can survive after armor reduction is considered.
What is damage per mana?
Damage per mana compares average spell damage against mana cost. It helps judge spell efficiency in longer fights.
Can I export the result?
Yes. Use the CSV button for spreadsheets. Use the PDF button for a simple printable result report.
