BMI = weight kg / height m²
Size factor = (70 / weight kg)^0.08
BMI factor = clamp(1 - ((BMI - 22) × 0.003), 0.92, 1.08)
Estimated pitch = base pitch × size factor × age factor × BMI factor
Low pitch = estimated pitch / 2^(semitones / 12)
High pitch = estimated pitch × 2^(semitones / 12)
Voice weight index = (weight kg / estimated pitch) × 100
