Formulas used
- Calendar days: End = Start + K days. With inclusive counting, K = 89 for a ninety-day window; with exclusive counting, K = 90.
- Business days: Iterate day by day, counting only Monday–Friday and excluding listed holidays until ninety counted days are reached. For before/after, step backward or forward respectively.
- Week and day breakdown: Total days = 90. Weeks = ⌊Total/7⌋, Remainder = Total mod 7.
- Day of week: Derived from the resulting date using standard weekday numbering (1=Mon … 7=Sun).
Different jurisdictions may define counting rules differently. Always confirm whether the start day is counted and whether weekends or holidays are excluded.
