Formula Used
- Net area \(A_{{net}} = L \times W - A_{{obs}}\)
- Tile area \(A_{{tile}} = L_{{tile}} \times W_{{tile}}\)
- Exact tiles \(N_{{exact}} = A_{{net}} / A_{{tile}}\)
- Waste factor \(f = 1 + w/100\)
- Tiles needed \(N_{{need}} = \lceil N_{{exact}} \times f \rceil\) when rounding is enabled.

- Enter each room’s length, width, and any obstruction area.
- Click Add room after each entry.
- Press Recalculate whenever settings change.

- For complex spaces, split into rectangles and add separately.
