|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 150 × 150 mm | 6 mm | 6.0 × 2.4 m | — |
| 2 | 100 × 100 mm | 4 mm | 6.0 × 2.4 m | — |

Formula used
Wire count per sheet along length:
nL = ⌊(L / sW)⌋ + 1, where sW is spacing across width.
Along width: nW = ⌊(W / sL)⌋ + 1.
Wire length per sheet: ℓ = nL·L + nW·W.
Wire cross‑section area: A = π · (d/2)², with d in metres.
Weight per sheet: m = ρ · A · ℓ, using density ρ in kg/m³.
Sheet count with overlaps (tiling first principles):
effective increments ΔL = Ls − oL, ΔW = Ws − oW.
Then NL = ceil((Lp + oL) / ΔL),
NW = ceil((Wp + oW) / ΔW),
total sheets N = NL · NW.
Total mass: M = N · m · (1 + waste%). Total wire length is scaled similarly.
