Include tuition, registration, meals, transport, activity fees, supplies, early care, late care, taxes, and any deposit already paid. These often create the full family cost.
Child-days show the total attendance volume across all enrolled children. That makes daily costs, such as meals or care, easier to estimate accurately.
Yes. Enter the number of children, then apply a family discount if the camp offers one. The calculator spreads shared and individual costs automatically.
Use the scholarship field separately. Discounts usually reduce the subtotal by percentage, while scholarships are often flat reductions granted after pricing.
Set the meals and snacks field to zero. The calculator will remove that daily cost from the camp estimate without changing other charges.
A negative balance means the deposit paid is greater than the final estimate. That may represent credit, overpayment, or a refundable balance.
Not always. Some camps tax only specific services, and others do not tax childcare-related programs. Use the tax field only when it applies.
