The generator first builds a pool from matching locations. Filters remove entries that do not meet selected conditions. A random index then selects one entry from that pool.
With a custom seed, the same seed starts one reproducible sequence. Without a seed, the browser supplies ordinary random values. Duplicate prevention removes selected entries before another result is chosen.
