Truth or Dare generator guide
This generator creates quick Truth or Dare games for many groups. Start by choosing a mode that matches your preferred play style. Random mode mixes truths and dares throughout the game.
Add player names before generating the first challenge. Players rotate automatically after completed or skipped turns. Solo play also works without adding any player names.
Choose an age setting before selecting categories and difficulty. Family friendly mode keeps the built in collection broadly suitable. Kids mode limits prompts to simpler and lighter activities. Teen and adult settings unlock additional personal questions.
Difficulty controls how challenging or personal each prompt may feel. Easy prompts work well for warmups and younger groups. Medium prompts add stronger creativity or personal reflection. Hard prompts create bolder moments without requiring unsafe behavior.
Categories help shape the game around your group. Funny prompts encourage jokes voices acting and harmless silliness. Friends prompts focus on memories appreciation and shared experiences. Creative prompts use drawing stories performances and imaginative tasks. Other categories support food adventure relationships classroom activities and icebreakers.
Safety filters let every group define comfortable boundaries. Safe Mode should remain enabled for mixed age groups. Physical filters remove dares involving movement or body activity. Contact filtering removes prompts requiring interaction with another player. Blocked topics can remove words your group prefers avoiding.
Every participant may skip any challenge without pressure. A skip limit can support structure when everyone agrees beforehand. However consent should always matter more than game scoring. Never replace a skipped prompt with punishment or humiliation.
The timer can add energy to short performance challenges. Select a fixed duration or use the prompt default. Custom seconds support longer creative tasks when needed. Stop using a timed dare whenever someone feels uncomfortable.
Scoring gives completed challenges points based on difficulty. Easy challenges earn fewer points than harder challenges. Skipped prompts add no points to the leaderboard. The leaderboard makes longer party sessions feel more competitive.
Favorites help save prompts that worked especially well. History records players challenge types statuses rounds and points. Recent prompt tracking can reduce unwanted repetition during sessions. Browser storage keeps these details available after refreshing.
Custom prompts let groups add their own safe ideas. Each custom entry includes type category and difficulty. Custom prompts can mix directly with built in prompts. JSON export helps move a custom collection between sessions.
Preset modes configure common games with one selection. Play kindly.
