Formula used
The generator first filters the dictionary using every active rule. It then chooses random indexes from the remaining eligible words. Without duplicates each chosen word is removed from the available pool. A supplied seed instead orders eligible words with repeatable hashes. This creates consistent selections when the filters and seed remain unchanged.
