Formula used

Weekly training volume uses sets multiplied by repetitions. The generator reports a range because each exercise has minimum and maximum target repetitions.

Estimated calories use the standard MET equation: calories per minute equals MET multiplied by 3.5 and body weight, then divided by 200.

Estimated one-repetition maximum can use the Epley formula. Multiply lifted weight by one plus repetitions divided by thirty for an approximate 1RM.
